Rufino Bastida was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314641572, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 4904 Sydney Lane, Marietta, Georgia.  Rufino Bastida was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 422163, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 2580 Walden Estates Drive, Marietta, Georgia.
