29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a. Building 600 - during soffit operations, employees were not attached to the Genie S-65 S6012-22973 aerial lift basket and were exposed up to a 30' fall hazard.  Violation observed on or about 10/24/14.  The Pacific Stucco, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944099, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/13, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Rinehart Rd. Sanford, Florida 32771.
