29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous. On or about October 21, 2014, employees engaged in flooring activities were using pneumatic tools that were energized by a DeWalt portable air compressor that was missing a grounding pin, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
