29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 76 Broad Street, Keyport, NJ: Employees were observed performing roofing operations at a height of approximately 13' to the roof eave to the ground below at the rear of the building with no fall protection in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about October 27, 2014.
