29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:  a)73 Seaview Avenue, Monmouth Beach, NJ: Employees were allowed to perform siding operations  approximately 27'8" from the ground below on a pump jack scaffold without fall protection.  Condition occurred on October 27, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:     a) 72 Seaview Avenue, Monmouth Beach, NJ: Employee was observed performing siding operations at a height of approximately 16' from the roof eave to the ground below with no fall protection in place, exposing him to fall hazards.    Condition observed on or about October 27, 2014.
