OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees who were exposed to caught in and amputation hazards: On or about October 28, 2014, in the facility, employees operated CNC lathe machines with the safety interlock doors opened and their hands in close proximity of the rotating spindles to debur and polish the rotating parts.
