29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Raleigh Roofing and Restoration at 1022 Humboldt St., Denver, CO 80218: On and before October 27th, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that, an employee engaged in tuck-pointing brick work while on the gutter of the NE corner of a residential home was exposed to falls of approximately 34 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system. (b)Raleigh Roofing and Restoration at 1022 Humboldt St., Denver, CO 80218: On and before October 27th, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that, employees engaged in disposal of materials via the debris chute and also receiving of new materials via the laddervator on the flat roof located on the north side of a residential home were exposed to falls of approximately 30 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system.
