29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(vii): Ladders should not be used as a brace, skid, guy or gin pole, gangway, or for other uses than that for which they were intended, unless specifically recommended for use by the manufacturer. a) On or about 10/29/14 in the juice tank storage room, employee(s) were exposed to falls, while standing with one foot on a step ladder and the other foot a fix steel ladder about 6 feet above the floor to turn a directional vale lever.
