29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: 4th Ave, Manasquan, NJ: On or about 10/27/2014, five employees of Ralph M. Construction Inc. were setting a modular home on a raised piling foundation. The employees were receiving structural components via a crane. The employees were exposed to overhead struck-by hazards and were not protected by hard hats (protective helmets).

Construction Inc. were setting a modular home on a raised piling foundation. The employees were receiving structural components via a crane. The workers were not using fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 18 feet from the structure to the ground below.
