29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2): Employees working below a scaffold were not protected from falling tools, materials or equipment in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (h)(2)(i)-(v) of this section: a) Southwest Corner of Building - On or about 10/17/2014, construction workers walking beneath a fabricated frame scaffold were exposed to a struck-by hazards from 5 gallon bucket filled with water which was not blocked or otherwise refrained from falling 30 feet to the ground below.
