29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 132 Garfield Ave., Avon by the Sea, NJ: On or about 10/27/2014, two Marek Kriso LLC employees were installing shingles on the roof of a multi story new construction single family residence. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 25 feet to the ground below.
