29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 206 2nd Ave., Bradley Beach, NJ: On or about 10/28/2014, four employees of Haloda Construction were conducting roofing activities on the steep sloped roof of a two story single family residence. The workers were not using fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 18 feet to the ground below.
