29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 513 McCabe Ave, Bradley Beach, NJ: On or about 10/28/2014 three employees of Nasbor Contractors LLC were preparing to install shingles on the steep pitch (10 on 12) roof of a two story single family residence. The workers were not properly using PFAS and as such were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
