29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Corporate Park Dr., Neptune, NJ: On or about 10/28/2014, four employees of Parana Carpentry, Inc. were conducting framing activities on a new construction multi family townhome style structure. The employees were walking the second floor wall top plates without any form of fall protection and as such were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. The employer, Parana Carpentry, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 563358, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/18/12, with respect to a workplace located at 201-202 Welsh Place Morris Plains, NJ.
