29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures, nor by any of the means listed in subparagraphs (A) through (D) of this paragraph. On or about 10/24/2014 at 1094 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, GA; employees using the temporary power panel were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards also potential electrocution hazards where a 120 V electrical outlet with a radio plugged into it and available for other power uses was missing its faceplate exposing the live parts inside.
