Employees are able to open the doors during the production cycle in that the interlocks are missing or inoperable and are exposed to rotating parts.

Tru-Edge Grinding, Inc. located at 752 Jim Lachey Dr. St. Henry, OH 45883; On or about October 28, 2014, the employer did not assure electrical wiring for the coolant pumps for the CNC machines in the shop was hard wired. Flexible cords were used to power the coolant pumps in the shop area, exposing employees to shock hazards.
