29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Friendship Health Care, Cleveland, GA - Employees in the Laundry Department handled laundry solutions such as Clothesline Fresh Laundry Break, Clothesline Fresh Chlorine Bleach, Clean on the Go NABC and Green Solutions High Dilution Disinfectant 256 containing sodium hydroxide, sodium hypochlorite, alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and dialkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, classified as corrosive. Chemical resistant goggles were not provided and required, on or about 10/29/14.  b) Friendship Health Care, Cleveland, GA - Employees in the Dietary Department handled cleaning solutions such as Knack and Lustro containing phosphoric acid, classified as corrosive. Chemical resistant goggles were not provided and required, on or about 10/29/14.
