This condition exposed the employee to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.21(b)(1): 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate or maintain an accident prevention program(s) as may be necessary to comply with this part: Construction site: On or about October 29, 2014, two employee were working on the roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall greater than 6-feet to the ground below. The employer did not provide Safety & Health Programs to enable employees to recognize the hazards. Hazards are associated with roofing buildings such as but not limited to fall and/or struck-by hazards.
