Such tools and materials included hammers, circular saw, air nailer, sheathing boards, etc.

The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, December 10, 2014, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), issued as citation 1, item 3, and described as follows: Located at 975 North Hamilton Road in Gahanna, Ohio, employees were working on a six inch on 12 inch pitched roof installing sheathing without fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten feet. b. The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, December 10, 2014, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.602(c)(1)(ii), issued as citation 1, item 4, and described as follows: Located at 975 North Hamilton Road in Gahanna, Ohio, employees were hoisting a wooden truss into place by directly attaching (free rigging) the eye of a polyester webbed sling to the fork of a CAT rough terrain forklift.
