Jackson County Press, Doing Business As, Star Printing, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 772181, Citation 01, Item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/09/13, with respect to a workplace located at 410 Race Street, Ravenswood, WV 26164. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED
