For the Busch Gardens park in Tampa, FL as observed on or about 10/29/2014, employees were exposed to fall hazards from unguarded open sided roof edges at the following locations: a) Bengal Bistro Cafe: employees who accessed the roof walking/working surface to service HVAC equipment were exposed to 11 ft. fall hazards. b) Zagora Café: employees who accessed the roof walking/working surface to service HVAC equipment were exposed to 11 ft. fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i)(B): Temporary wiring was used for a period exceeding 90 days. a) For the Busch Gardens Park in Tampa, FL near the Crown Colony House steps as observed on or about 10/29/2014, temporary wiring was used to provide power to a service cart to run portable electrical equipment and a POS/computer system. The temporary wiring had been in place continuously since the summer of 2011.
