You must enter each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred. a. At the time of inspection on October 30, 2014, the employer had not recorded an employee injury from September 23, 2014 on the 2014 OSHA 300 Log. Abatement Certification and Documentation is required.
