29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m) nor contact any lower level: On 10/30/14, two employees were carrying roofing debris from their work area to a dump truck parked below the eave edge which was 30' horizontally from their anchor points which would allow them to hit the ground in the event of a fall.
