29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:       This violation occurred on October 30, 2014, at a work site located at 701 Woodstock Ave, Euless, Texas; employees using pneumatic nail guns were not protected from eye injuries by wearing protective eyewear.       Francisco Huerta was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949382, Citation Number 1, Item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2013, with a final abatement date of  January 03, 2014    with respect to a workplace located at 308 Clear Cove, Argyle, Texas 76226. 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.      On or about October 1, 2014, employees operating a Hitachi nail gun, serial number 4452RH2, were not wearing eye protection, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by flying objects.    Francisco Huerta was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949382, Citation Number 1, Item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2013, with a final abatement date of January 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 308 Clear Cove, Argyle, TX 76226.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6-feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of '1926.502(k) developed and implemented.      This violation occurred on October 30, 2014, at a work site located at 701 Woodstock Ave, Euless, Texas; at least five employees, who were walking and working from the roof of a new residential building, were not protected from falling to the lower level by use of guardrails or a personal fall arrest system.       Francisco Huerta was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949382, Citation Number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2013, with a final abatement date of January 03, 2014 with respect to a workplace located at 308 Clear Cove, Argyle, Texas 76226.
