29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  a) For the electrical panel lying on the ground near the Stanleyville Flume ride at Busch Gardens Theme Park in Tampa, FL, as observed on or about 10/29/2014, branch circuit labeling on the panel for overcurrent devices (circuit breakers) was illegible and/or missing.  b) For the electrical panel on a block wall near the Gwazi Plaza area, as observed on or about 10/29/2014, overcurrent devices (circuit breakers) were incorrectly and/or illegibly labeled.

29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(i): Conductors and equipment were not protected from overcurrent:  For the Busch Gardens Theme Park, as observed on or about 10/29/2014, employees of A&A Electric accessed and/or worked around circuits that did not have overcurrent protection, in that, 20A receptacles and 25A flexible electrical cords were placed in circuit with 30A circuit breakers for the following locations:  a) For the 20A receptacles and electrical cords at the Gwazi Plaza area near the Taco Bus that were in circuit with 30A breakers in a gift shop.  b) For the 20A receptacles/woodheads and electrical cords at the service cart near the Crown Colony Steps that were in circuit with 30A breakers.  c) For the 20A receptacles/woodheads in "The Experiment" scare house that were in circuit with 30A breakers.

The panel was not UL tested/rated to be installed in a horizontal position.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(vi): A receptacle installed in a wet location where the product intended to be plugged into it was not to be attended while in use (for example, sprinkler system controllers, landscape lighting, and holiday lights) did not have an enclosure that was weatherproof with the attachment plug cap inserted or removed:  a) For the Busch Gardens Park in Tampa, FL as observed on or about 10/29/2014, 20A and 50A outlets were installed outside in areas where they would be exposed to rain and weather. They were observed to not be attended while they were plugged/in use and did not have weatherproof enclosures that could close while a plug was inserted in the outlet.
