29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets. (a) Left-side of the building - On or about October 28, 2014 an employee was exposed to head injuries while working under a JLG-E400 AJP Electronic Boom Lift serial no. 54724-42. This employee was 17 feet below the aerial lift without wearing a hardhat.
