29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. On or about October 30, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees working from the top plate of a building being constructed were in use of fall protection exposing the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet to the ground below.
