29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii):  a) At 1956 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, Al; On or about October 29, 2014 and times prior: The employer failed to ensure the first working level of a wood pole scaffold was fully planked which exposed employees to the hazards associated with falls of 10 feet 10 inches to the ground below.  b) At 1956 West Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, Al; On or about October 29, 2014 and times prior: The employer failed to ensure the second working level of a wood pole scaffold was fully planked which exposed employees to the hazards associated with falls of 17 feet 5 inches to the ground below.
