29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) At 27022 Marina Rd, Orange Beach, Al; On or about October 30, 2014 and times prior; The employer failed to provide fall protection to an employee prior to him being exposed to falls of 11 feet 3 inches engaged in construction work.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At 27022 Marina Rd, Orange Beach, Al; On or about October 30, 2014 and times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees used fall protection while engaged in construction work which exposed them to the hazards associated with falls up to 11 feet 3 inches.  b) At 27022 Marina Rd, Orange Beach, Al; On or about October 30, 2014 and times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees measuring and installing studs at a side window used fall protection which exposed them to the hazards associated with falls of 11 feet 3 inches and 17 feet 1 inch.  c) At 27022 Marina Rd, Orange Beach, Al; On or about October 30, 2014 and times prior; The employer failed to ensure an employee installing metal tie strips on the outside of the studs wore fall protection when he leaned out from behind the studs which exposed him to the hazards associated with falls of 11 feet 3 inches.  Felipe Rivera Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 891052, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace location at 27911 Rileywood Dr., Daphne, Al.
