29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) At the Printing Press Area, on or about 10/31/2014: Eye wash was not ready for immediate use for employees working with chemicals such as, but not limited to: Absolute 6036, Supreme RSN 809 Fount, and WASH-V-120. The installed eyewash lacked the proper pressure to adequately supply the correct amount of water in the event it was needed.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)A: Unless specifically permitted otherwise in paragraph (g)(1)(ii) of this section, flexible cords and cables may not be used as a substitute for permanent building wiring. a) At the facility, On or about 10/31/2014: An extension cord was being used as a substitute for fixed wiring to supply power to the Bessler shrink wrap machine. The cord was permanently affixed to the ceiling from its intial attachment point located on a wall, up the wall , across the ceiling to the machine location. The Seaboard Graphics Services, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A) which was contained in OSHA inspection number314344730, Citation number1, item number 3 citation number and was affirmed as a final order on 7/9/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 7570 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY 13090.
