29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:    (a) Adrian Zamora-Fuentes at 7305 Indigo Run St., Wellington, CO 80549:  On or before October 30, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees installing roof sheeting on the top level of the two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards ranging from approximately 18 feet to 10 feet.    (b) Adrian Zamora-Fuentes at 7305 Indigo Run St., Wellington, CO 80549:  On or before October 30, 2014 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee installing roof sheeting on the first level of the two-story residential home was not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
