29 CFR 1910.132(a): Employer did not provide personal protective equipment to be used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury or impairment were encountered.    a) Bon Secour Community Hospital Rooftop; On or about 11/3/2014 and times prior thereto; Maintenance employees were required to access the rooftop and close hatch ventilation openings located within 6 feet of the edge, and were exposed to fall hazards of over 30 feet to the ground below.    b) Bon Secour Community Hospital Rooftop; On or about 11/3/2014 and times prior thereto; Maintenance employees were required to lean into 6 rooftop hatch ventilation openings to re-set the Thermo-Latch Fusible Link mechanisms and were exposed to fall hazards into the stairwells below.
