29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) 3166-3168 Highway 83, Seeley Lake, Montana: On or about October 31, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the potential for a flash fire while conducting activities such as, but not limited to repairing underground propane gas lines.The employer did not ensure the use of flame resistant protective clothing to protect employees from flash fires and burns.
