29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) On or about October 8, 2014, RR Roofing & Renovations, as a controlling employer, did not provide or maintain programs and conduct effective inspections of the job site to ensure that Javier Solis (subcontractor) protected their employees from falls greater than 20 feet while performing re-roofing activities. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). The RR Roofing & Renovations was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 29516, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5407 Fox Run Blvd, Fredrick, Co 80530.
