29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(4): The employer did not make the written hazard communication program available upon request to the employees or their designated representatives in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1020:   a) Murphy Machine Services, Inc./ Port of Wilmington - The employer has not made accessible  the hazard communication plan to their Longshoremen employees who handle hazardous chemicals products such as but not limited to Petroleum Coke, Leucoxene and zircon while working at the Marine terminal. A copy of a written site specific hazard communication plan [e.g. chemical inventory sheets and safety data sheets] was not made available upon request to the employee at the time of the walkaround of the vessel. This was observed on November 4, 2014.
