29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   (a) Roof, new residential construction located at 1576 Roswell Street, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to eye injuries while operating a pneumatic Hitachi (Model NR83A-S1) Framing Nail Gun installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing without protective eyewear. Employee was exposed to struck-by hazards which included flying plastic debris and fasteners while operating this tool at 120 PSI in close proximity to the eyes and face.   Marcelo Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #314644451, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2632 Guinevere Trail (Lot #24) Douglasville, GA 30135.

Marcelo Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314644451, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/28/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 3632 Guinevere Trail (Lot #24), Douglasville, GA 30135.
