29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about November 5, 2014, at a construction site, employees were working from an elevated platform that was not designed by the manufacturer for that use, exposing the employees to the hazard of falls of more than 25 feet to the ground below.
