29 CFR 1910.157(g)(3): The employer shall provide employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as part of an emergency action plan with training in the use of the appropriate equipment. On or about November 4, 2014, and times prior to, the employer has designated employees for an emergency response team as a part of the emergency action plan and has not provided training in the use of appropriate fire fighting equipment. Employees were exposed to burn and smoke inhalation hazards while trying to extinguish a Class C past incipient stages.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The employer shall provide the education required in paragraph (g)(1) of this section upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter. a) The employer provided portable fire extinguishers for use in the workplace, however employees were exposed to burn and fire hazards on or about November 4, 2014, while fighting a fire past the incipient stage, and employees had not been trained within the last year.
