29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about November 5, 2014, employees were exposed to injuries resulting from falls, while conducting re-roofing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place, on a roof in excess of six feet above the lower surface.   Strong Man Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 992197, Citation 1, Item 1, issued September 2, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 7079 Sungold Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910.  This citation became final on September 17, 2014.    Strong Man Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 978818, Citation 1, Item 1, issued June 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2066 Sommerset Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80906.  This citation became final on July 7, 2014.
