(Electronic access, microfiche, and other alternatives to maintaining paper copies of the material safety data sheets are permitted as long as no barriers to immediate employee access in each workplace are created by such options.) a) 101 West 57th street, New York, NY: Employees use cleaning chemicals such as but not limited to Envirox H2Orange2 Concentrate which contain hydrogen peroxide and are not provided access at the work location to all Material Safety Data Sheets, on or about 10/31/14.
