29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Barralaga Roofing at 3444 Valentia St., Denver, CO 80010: On and before October 8, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in re-roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6 feet.
