29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not long enough to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a) Majestic Baking Company / 1501 Walnut Street, Erie, PA: On or about November 6, 2014 employees utilize a dough scraper to move dough stuck in the chute of the dough roller machine and/or to remove bits of dough from the rollers. The handles on the scrapers were not long enough to prevent employees from placing their hands/fingers near the moving rollers.
