29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse:    a) Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Super Size Tuxedo Truffle Mousse Cakes, #06210, in the Freezer warehouse racking.                   b) Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Banana Nut Muffins, #48527, in the Freezer warehouse racking.        c) Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Gonnella 18oz Vienna Bread, #30209, in the Freezer warehouse racking.        d) Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Gonnella Potato Rolls, #20639, in the Freezer warehouse racking.        e) Ice Cream Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Talenti Raspberry Gelato, #42130, in the Ice Cream Freezer warehouse racking.        f) Ice Cream Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Talenti Pistachio Gelato, #42150, in the Ice Cream Freezer warehouse racking.        g) Ice Cream Freezer- The employer failed to provide a secure area for storage of products in gravity fed racking, such as the Friendlys Coconut Ice Cream, #00982, in the Ice Cream Freezer warehouse racking.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.

29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading:    a) Facility Wide- The employer failed to ensure that all highway truck trailers were secured with wheel chocks, or other securing means, to prevent rolling when being entered by powered industrial vehicles.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. 29 CFR 1910.178(n)(1): A safe distance of approximately three truck lengths between trucks was not maintained:     a) Grocery- The employer failed to ensure that employees operated forklifts at a safe traveling distance from one another.  On more than one occasion powered industrial vehicles were observed operating within approximately one truck length of each other.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
