29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing and labeling:  a) Suit Supply USA, Inc./Tailor's cubicle(lower level) - The employer did not ensure that re-locatable power taps were used in accordance with its listing and labeling, exposing employees to a shock/electrocution hazard. Employees were using two re-locatable power taps in series to energized 3 sewing machines, a steam finisher and a heading pad. This condition was observed on or about 10/31/14.
