OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught in the rotating blade of pedestrian-controlled lawn mowers: (a) Location - 709 Monument Street, Concord, MA: On or about 11/3/2014, the discharge chute of a walk behind rotary lawn mower was unclogged by hand without powering down the motor.
