29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): The employer did not certify to OSHA within 10 calendar days after the abatement date that each cited violation had been abated:  a) Jobsite at 2324 West Fairview, Boise, Idaho: The employer, A Workman, Inc., did not provide certification that serious citation 1, item 1 from inspection number 1006971 was corrected.  The date by which this violation was to be corrected was November 14, 2014.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) On November 6, 2014 employee(s) performed roofing activities on a 6 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place.  This exposed employee(s) to fall hazards ranging from 9 and a half feet to 16 feet to concrete.      A Workman, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313348208, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6720-6724 Emerald Street, Boise, ID 83706.   Note) Certification of corrective action IS required for this item.
