29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes or enclosures designed for the purpose were not dead front: On or about October 30, 2014, at 3879 Peachtree Road, Brookhaven, Georgia: Nine employees performing HVAC, framing, and electrical work were exposed to 240 volt electric shock and electrocution hazards from exposed live parts when the employer allowed employees to use the electrical panel without the dead front to power the temporary lights and/or use the electrical outlet beneath the exposed electrical panel.
