29 CFR 1926.405(d): Panelboards mounted in cabinets, cutout boxes or enclosures designed for the purpose were not dead front:  On or about October 30, 2014, at 3879 Peachtree Road, Brookhaven, Georgia:  a) Two employees performing electrical work were exposed to electric shock and electrocution hazards when they used the 240 volt electrical panel with exposed live parts to power the temporary lights that was not covered.  b) Approximately 7 employees of other contractors performing framing, and HVAC work were exposed to electrical shock and electrocution hazards when they worked near and used an electrical outlet beneath the electrical panel with exposed live parts because the electrical contractor removed the dead front from the panel and left it open.
