AT 3132 San Rocco Drive, employees applying stucco to the exterior of a two story single family home from a supported scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, the supported scaffold was erected three sections high on unstable sandy soil with no base plates or mud sills, on or about November 6, 2014.
