29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) North Wall:  Four workers on the approximately 20 feet high wood scaffold were not provided with fall protection.  They were not protected with a guardrail system and they did not use any fall arrest equipment,  on or about 11/7/2014.
